My interest and passion is in mechanics. I was partially qualified as a mechanic, when I joined Pasifika. Their staff identified my passion and contacted someone from their Employer Network, and took me for an interview. I got the job at Al’s Mechanical in West Auckland and they went further to assist in my development in work by making the Employer aware of fundings available for me to continue with my apprenticeship. I am still working for the same company a year on and Pasifika’s continual and consistencies in their support has helped me and my employer”
